Narcissistic management and human resources is the reason why this place is rated so poorly. They also remove reviews they don't like so....this review won't stay for long. People come and go not wanting to work here. Any attempt to make anything better, you get punished instead of praised. Can't wait to get out.

Omg I have just been reading the reviews and I'm shocked and horrified. I'm having major spine surgery here on Sept 28 and now I'm terrified of the rotten care that I may get. Hopefully my husband can stay with me..

Patient had surgery. No one helping with instructions or where to go standing in line for 9:30 am scheduled surgery. I asked if we were in the right line standing outside of hospital. Learning we were in the line that also to checked in visitors. Their reasoning was everyone had to be screened. All patience had civic testing to be sure of safe invirement and stop in line with all visitors who were not tested. Very non productive. I can't believe the unstructured unproductive health procedures in place for this disease. I would not use this hospital in the future for surgeries. I question the health care here in Kentucky.

My fiance was scheduled for an exam. We called ahead for information about how long it might take and were stonewalled with no information given. My fiance was stuck multiple times with a needle needlessly for an IV. The woman that did it seemed like she was still learning? Seems like she should know. My fiance does not like getting an IV in her hand but that sentiment was completely ignored by the 2nd nurse who had to come and do the IV. I will say they did not have trouble finding a vein but said they pierced through the vein the first time and moved the needle within her skin trying to fix it causing her pain. They were also both chewing gum the entire time which I found extremely unprofessional. After taking an hour of preliminary questions and poking I was told her test would take 45 minutes. I waited almost 2 hours for her to return with no explanation. The nurses seemed extremely casual and did not have any concern for the ones they were working on or the scheduling conflicts that they caused by not being transparent with their procedures. We will not be returning
