If I could give her a 0 I would have. That person doesnt know how to treat people right in any kind of way. Rude is not the word for her she is beyond rude.

I think I caught the lady who worked there purposely overcharge me....
So I walked into the post office with my daughter in her stroller ready to box my future box I would purchase from the person at the desk. I started by asking the question "want to know how much it would cost to ship my items, not sure I want to ship cause she's coming into town soon, but just want to know my options." She proceeds with "If she's coming to town why are you shipping...?" During this it's a pretty judgey tone and look, I'm just thinking she just wants to avoid doing her job, send me a long, so she doesn't have to ship my package if I choose to do so. I get the price "The box will be $14.80", she says in which I reply "I'll go on ahead and ship it."
To note for the people reading: I had a jogger stroller, toddler in it, diaper bag on me, and my items I'm shipping. She told me my total (Natural response is to hand someone your credit card) she pushes my card away and says pretty forwardly, "Label." I give her the label. She proceeds to start boxing my package instead of asking me to package. I actually thought this was pretty nice, there wasn't anyone at the store at the time, and it felt like she was trying to help me. I appreciated it. She hands me my receipt and my card on the OTHER side of the desk, causing me to rotate my stroller, get my diaper bag together (my wallet was inside ready to put my card back so had to regroup that to to move 2 feet over) just to walk two steps to the right. It would've been easier if she had just given me my card in the same place she'd been servicing me. I mean, this was pretty dramatic on her part. I understand moving me over, but it'll be faster to get me out of there then having me adjust everything just to grab my card and receipt. MAYBEEEEE this was her way of not getting me to notice something weird on the receipt...
Finally, I get to my car and decide to look at my receipt. I notice her system has the itemized receipt at $10.80 for my box and to ship, and she has added in PEN a "Boxing" charge of $4.00?!?
I go back inside to address with her this $4.00 charge. I said, "You charged me $4.00 for boxing but you never even gave me the option to box my box myself and you told me my total was $14.80...but according to your system it's only $10.80. It seems like you are charging me extra...?" She became super defensive and started saying that she knew I was trouble the moment I came in asking for pricing. She also says, "My box is $14.80" in which I then again replied, "Your system says $10.80 and in pen you put boxing $4.00." She proceeded to take my box, rip it up and give me my stuff back. Which I never asked for her to do or wanted. She wanted me out. She was rude to me in front of my daughter raised her voice, and completely embarrassed me in front of other customers. "I don't want you to come back to the post office. You can leave my store." This is all on her office camera...if it's even on.
Honestly, I think I caught her trying to CHEAT the system. Maybe make an extra buck? I asked for a manager, she told me she was the manager and it was her store. I'm just glad I was smart enough to catch the written "Boxing" charge on my receipt before I'd driven away. I was embarrassed, I was humiliated, and told off in front of other customers, and in front of my young daughter.
Will not be coming back and would love for someone to reach out to me to let me know something will be done.
Shocked, this all happened over 4 mysterious dollars...?

Go to any USPS location except for this one! The lady who works here is extremely rude and acts as if shes put out to do her job. Today took the cake when she told us we couldnt bring large quantities there and then made us retrieve a Kroger shopping cart from the parking lot for her to use after she scanned the packages. I dont understand how any location associated with USPS can treat customers this way.

Blonde lady was incredibly rude, she talked bad about the customers she had in before me and made fun of the way they dressed and the way they smelled.
