        Called a 800 from the google maps apps and got some woman who barely spoke English. After getting thru to her on what I want was told there was a walk in service, upon getting there was immediately told it was appointment only. I had asked on the phone if I needed an appointment and was reassured I could walk in

        A female employee that speaks Spanish in the passport office is so rude and loud she was saying loud my information while I told her please don't said loud because there be ppl that might still your identity, so rude she trow my ID with hate. Why they keep this kind of employees someone do something.....
