This is the 3rd time I received an email saying my package has been delivered and it wasnt in my mailbox and had to knock on my neighbors doors and it was in their mailbox. Its ridiculous when my address is clear as day. This shouldnt be a reoccurring problem. I am getting sick and tired of having to track down my packages and check every other week.

If you are kind, they are kind. Employees here have gone out of their way to help, I've experienced that on more than one occasion by multiple employees. Have there been mess ups? Of course, but they try their absolute hardest to resolve and satisfy. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star rating is because I think if you call their number you should call the store itself to speak with an employee rather than a 1800 number with an automated system. This however might just be their higher-ups that made this decision and not the store itself, policy.

I had a great experience here. Got my package delivered to an old address and they retrieved it within a day, gave me two notifications and kept it for me to pick it up. Amazing. Thank you!

My mailman was great, until they moved John and now I don't get all my mail & I keep getting other people's mail that clearly don't live in my apartment. I had important mail sent to my apt and it's been over a month and I never received it. You all need to do your jobs! Bring John back!!!! Stop moving him around! I'm sick of not getting all my mail.... I want my mailman back. If you all can't do your jobs, how about you hire someone who can?!
