Georgetown Auto was a pleasure to deal with after several bad experiences shopping for used cars at dealers. One tried to pressure me into signing on a car with an obvious brake problem and ran a credit check before I authorized them to. Another had a another salesman very obviously pose as another buyer from out of town to pressure me into buying (take some acting classes Gates Honda). No shady stuff here.
It seems like most of the bad reviews are from people who did not do their research. The 3rd party warranty they offer is a good deal and they allow you to cancel or extend it at any time.

Amazing pricing amazing customer service amazing truck. Just bought a truck and was working with Taylor Moody the manager and Shane Howard both amazing people and did everything to get me in the truck I wanted. Nothing bad to say about this place at all would recommend anyone to go there to buy a vehicle!!

Our nieces fiance purchased a truck there and it has been a nightmare for them.
If they had any kind of integrity at all they would have had the decency to buy the truck back, it's been serviced and serviced and still barely runs, it isn't safe it will die right in an intersection.
They are young good hard working people, it's a shame they really got ripped off so badly.
I'm not sure how anyone affiliated with Georgetown auto sales sleeps at night selling people vehicles that are too dangerous to be on the road.
And since Georgetown auto sales also like to start drama I will also add I was not told to post this by anyone, I took it on myself because I hate to see anyone, especially family be ripped off!

This is the same review as “i was dropped on my head” we got a brand new engine approved under warranty through them, which would have fixed all issues. We spent a year helping Chad Blair, he accused of of trying to kill his family, I told him I would trade him out once the truck was fixed, we also have a claim in hand that was done at pinnacle ford upwards of $4,000 that was completed. Customer wants out of the truck a year later, and keeps mention it isn’t fixed despite warranty company saying it is , pinnacle ford, and we believe it is as well. We believe it’s someone who wants out of a truck and all their money back, or at minimum pinnacle ford did not do the work that was completed by proguard warranty. It’s always a late night review, we respond, then it gets deleted to erase our response. then post another. Of all the customers in history of our company, Chad Blair is the worst one and I wish I’d never sold him a truck. He was a personal friend of my wife, and I fired two employees over not being able to handle him, and the only mistake I made was believingChad Blair. But no review is worth the $10,000 he is seeking and he and his whole family are curse words in our store and my family and he is banned from the premises

Not only would I not recommend anyone to buy from these crooks but after calling them out on being deceitful and bold face lying to their customers they also got on my Facebook post about their lack of fulfillment on a deal the owner made and the fact that the mechanics from another shop didnt do their jobs, and basically said they did all they could then proceeded to cuss at me and my people, then deleted all of their comments. I made another review on here because the owner also tried getting on here saying that we made multiple posts when we didnt truth is they are bad people who wont stand by what they say and have a as is policy that they can use to lie to you and say whatever they want Ive made one post as has my finance whos also the buyer of the still broken vehicle they sold me and assured me would be fixed the day I took it home and it broke down on me read all of the other 1 star reviews every single one of them on here states the same thing I did, even up to 4 years ago this company is trash and should not be able to sell vehicles to the public. These photos are screen shots from the sales men the day I drove the truck off of the lot and the fb message is from the owner himself promising to make sure it was taken care of the reason its been a year is because they had it fixed 4 times and its still doing what it was the day I took it home. This all could have been handled but when I made suggestions to what could be done all I was met with is ohh its in the hands of the warranty company seams like a pretty bad way to do someone you knew as a friend of your family stay away from people who wont keep their word!! Its a shame you expect someone who youve k own for years to take at least decent care of you when you make it a point to use their business to help support them and they bend you over and then say youve lied about something thats right there in black and white
