I want to commend Ronnie, Josh and Earl in the service department. They are all professional, knowledgeable and cordial. They dealt with the issue with my truck, took the time to explain but just as importantly took the time to listen. They also kept me readily informed of the progress of the work. This was my second time dealing with the DC CDJR service department and they earned my business. I came in as a new customer and left as a friend. Highly satisfied.
