For a week, I've been trying to schedule an oil change. Every time I call the service department no one answers. I have left 2 voice-mails with my name and number and 2 salesmen took down my information to give to service department. Still no response or appointment.

If you are looking for service for your vehicle look elsewhere.. had car that was broken down was stranded asked me what type of car i had and then pointed to a stack of papers and said we are atleast two weeks out to see vehicle.. no customer service or attempt to assist but im sure if i wanted to purchase a vehicle theyd roll the red carpet out..
