If I could give a negative review I would. My father in law bought a truck and Bill(con artist) told him that the first "payment" would be his tax title and then the next would start reg payment. The year is up and Bill still hasn't given my father in law his lien release. He swears that my father in law still owes "$400" for tax title and license. My father in law went to the licencing office and his tax title and license was only $240.. Bill is nothing but a con. I wouldn't recommend him to road kill. The car lot has been through so many owners it's not funny. All because they get busted by the police for fraud and other things!

My wife and I bought a car from this car lot. We asked Bill the day the last payment was made to take care of the lien on the title and we needed the 2nd key. We were told by Bill that he did take care of it. We paid the vehicle off on November 30th. We went to the courthouse on December 30th to find out that a month later the title still had a lien on it. We talked to Bill several times about the title and still have not had the lien taken off or gotten the spare key. I have called and left him messages and have not been able to call the car lot due to the number being changed to an unknown number. I have not been contacted about this matter. My advice is to go to another car lot where shady business deals aren't a regular thing. I seen others have had this problem and hoped this would not happen. I now have to hire an attorney to ensure simple paperwork actually gets filed.

Went in with a truck we bought there 7 years ago, and left with a better one. The service was good as always. Easy to talk to and deal with.
