Avis Car Rental

I prepaid a reservation for 2 vehicles as our family was taking a big family trip and we needed two cars. I called 3 days prior to my pickup date to confirm and it was confirmed that we had 2 cars. The day we were going to be picking up the vehicles, I was told they would only have 1. They did offer a huge passenger van, which I declined. Sadly, when I got upset over this news I was told I had tone and the manager threatened to not even rent the one car they did have for me. I was floored. He even told me I had to call for a refund on the 2nd vehicle and he was unable to do this. Never rent from this location.

I would never rent from this place. They literally called me 3 days before my family vacation that's been planed out for months with no refunds available with 3 days to go and told me they won't have the size vehicle that I requested. There remedy was for me to drive 2 cars. Unbelievable response. The manager of this territory should be fired. That is ridiculous and unprofessional. S T A Y A W A Y.!!!!!!!!!!
