Bob Allen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I was told that my 2015 Jeep Patriot needed a new part that is on back order for 6-10 months. This is not an option. So far I was told I could trade in my car and buy a new one or rent a car from them for $47.00 a day. Lets see how this plays out. So now they found a part out of state. I said no thank you due to lack of confidence in Bob Allen service department. I asked them to split the diagnostic. Will see when I pick it up tomorrow. They would not split the diagnostic bill with me. I even got the eyeroll from my representative when I asked. I was out $160.00 and an extra day without my car. Bob Allen is out a lifelong customer and pretty much all my friends, family and coworkers. You do the math. The silver lining is that I found a great new mechanic and the repair cost less than half Bob Allen was going to charge.

Bryan Kirby made this the best buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. He is responsive, honest and very easy to work with. Handled everything by phone and text and was in and out within an hour. Totally worth the 4 hour drive to purchase my 2022 Ram 1500 and I love the truck!

What an amazing car buying experience. From the moment JR picked up the phone, completed everything I needed over the phone, to finance having all the paperwork ready and Bryan getting us setup and out the door, literally less than 1 hour.
