They NEVER, EVER GET IT right. Went in today to get a new charger for my A50 phone (my original one lasted 8 months and I am very careful with it. I am 66 years old, not a child) and they messed it up AGAIN. No charger, just an extention.......can't charge anything with the same two ends on the charger! Totally unacceptable service EVERY TIME! BUYER BEWARE......

Darren is the gentleman who helped us today. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as well as helpful and efficient. He gives T Mobile a good reputation in my opinion.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE so I went to a different store before coming to this store and I was so stressed because of my phone was glitches but let me tell you.. employee Samuel and Rachel the Manager took very good care of me and they were was so kind and patient with me even with me be upset they still showed kindness and took the time they time to explain the whole process even talking to me about the options with my phone. Someone please give these ppl an raise cause they LOVE THEY JOB... & that's on PERIOD POOH.

Location is nice but today's service was rude, dismissive and full of misleading information. The salesperson never even tried to discuss selling a new phone. First time in years that I felt it would be better to switch companies.
