This is the closest T-Mobile to my place and I reluctantly stopped by because I have had the absolute worst experiences at this store. I have to say today was completely different! We walked in and Shae greeted us with the most friendly smile and attitude. Shae helped me with what I needed and it was a breeze. Shae was so pleasant that I came back after I left for an appointment and I bought one more thing from her. As long as this store has this upbeat atmosphere and kind associates this will be my store again. Thank you Shae.

A friend recommended T-Mobile for phone and internet, but don't go to or call this location for information. The girl I talked to was rude and condescending.

Had a terrible experience at this location that I ended up having to go to another location. I went in today with my brother as we were wanting to upgrade to new phones. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with attitude as if we werent wanted there by a specific employee. When I was asked what brought me in I let the employee know I wanted to upgrade my phone. After asking me questions, I let her know what phone I was looking for. She right away told me that she was sure they didnt have it in stock, but she would go check anyway. She was gone for 15 minutes looking for the phone. After about 10 minutes of those 15 minutes another customer came in looking for the same phone. The employee thats was helping that customer went to the back to look for the phone, then came out with that exact phone in hand to sell to that customer. Now keep in mind I was there first. A minute later the employee that was helping me came out saying yea Im sorry, we dont have that phone in stock. To which I responded, but that customer right there is about to be sold the exact phone I came in for. She then proceeds to check if that is indeed the phone and says oh yea that is it, but that one and another one that we have on hold were the last ones. If Im a paying customer and was there first how is that fair? I dont want to assume, but I was not dressed all fancy and I am Hispanic, while the other customer was Caucasian. I had never had that happen to me at any other T-Mobile location and I was baffled. I then left in disbelief and called the next nearest T-Mobile to see if they had the phone in stock. They said they had 2, so I asked if they could put one on hold while I was on my way there, but they said that it was against policy to put a phone on hold. Its first come first served, yet the Rock Rd. Location said they had one on hold. Interesting to say the least. When I arrived to the George Washington Blvd. location I was welcomed warmly and received with the best customer service I have ever receiver. The customer service was so good I bought AirPods on top of my new phone and my brother ended up getting a new phone as well! Thank you to David and the rest of team at the George Washington Blvd. location for taking care of our needs and being the best. I think its safe to say I will not be going to the Rock rd. location anymore.
