        Best customer service ever, Juan was so helpful getting the process started, while helping multiple people as well as Amber. Multi-tasking is special skill only a few can handle while still being polite and respectful.

        My grandmother had problems pairing her Apple watch and phone. Juan helped her get it connected. And I mean he insanely helped her. Her phone was in need of an update in order to finish the set up. He fixed that problem and walked someone at the help desk through setting up the sim. He spent the time making sure her service was perfect before we left and if I could give him 10 stars I would.
