The ONLY person who 5 starred him is his daughter. Go figure. He was given a job to install a unit and gave excuses every single day as to why he couldn't finish the job. He left us vulnerable and easy to rob. You could call a 5 year old and they would do a better job. Martin maintenance is a waste of time. AND a disgrace.

He promised to be by 'around one o'clock' for SEVEN DAYS straight, with me calling and texting him every morning after the first no show. Every day for a week he promised to arrive until I finally gave up. He would not return texts or call to explain why he did not show up. Being an old disabled veteran, I sat and dripped sweat for A WEEK waiting. I called Dan's Heating and Cooling. They arrived early and promptly fixed my problem. I DO NOT recommend calling Martin Maintenance for any reason whatsoever. I tried giving him my business because five years ago he did show up, late at night, and fixed my heater in minutes for a low price. The seventh day of no call, no show ended my benevolent patience.

**BEWARE!! DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON**
He was hired to do a job. There are cameras in the home he was in. He charges per hour, he charged for hours he was not there, he charged for 10 more hours than he worked, he is slow, he is on the phone all the time, he replaces parts that dont need to be replaced then over charges for the parts. I asked for an itemized bill and the receipts for all the parts he had to buy and he "couldnt find" said receipts. He is late, he does not dress nicely, i can not have him here during business hours. I am not asking him to wear a suit, then again i dont appreciate the dirty and smelly overalls. He is not licensed even tho he claims he is as a electriction or a plumber.
