Website says it's a walk in urgent care and that is not true, I was just turned away because they are not a "walk in" clinic, don't waste your time just got to a real doctor not a clown show

I have had excellent professional care from both staff, and my physician here at NMC. Overall very satisfied that I can continue my care with my doctor Dr. Rivera, whom I have a great doctor patient relationship for many, many years.

Im a truck driver was in alot of tailbone pain front desk was sooo amazing and the nurse asst in back was so pleasant. Had lil discomort but general vist even the manger ms Davis sooo professional and kind. . Customer service goes a long way. Great job team!!

They asked me to stay in my car. Watched people go in and out for half hour before I called them. They offered for me to wait inside at that point,so that was weird. Had to explain my symptoms at least 4 times, it was like we spoke different languages. At the end of it the "care provider" Literally asked me what I wanted her to do. These people have no business in the medical field.

In June 2022 I got a really bad cough. I called my doctor's and they was full. They told me to call this place and I did The person on the phone when I called to make the appointment was nice but not to friendly thoughThe nurse was not friendly at allI went back to a room the doctor came in looked me up and down like I was the most stupidest, disgusting person on the planet Told me basically I was stupid nothing was wrong with me I had allergies and needed to take an allergy pill and walked out the room. No exam at allSo I went to get the allergy pills and my cough got worse I ended up in the emergency room was in a coma for 4 weeks and almost lost my life The allergies I was told I had ended up being a blood clot This was the most rudest unprofessional doctor I've ever had
