My daughter and I are sick went in we had very little paperwork to fill out it didn't take long for us to get called back and didn't take long to be seen this place was wonderful we we're in and out in less than 45 minutes

Called earlier in the day about getting a physical for work done. They told me they would be able to help. Once I arrived they decided they would inform me it's 100 dollars for a physical. I will be going to a real clinic next time.

I came here on a Saturday to be seen. The doctor diagnosed me with strep and told me he would send my prescription over to my pharmacy. He never sent my prescription, and I had to go to the Wesley urgent care that same night and go through the entire process again to get treatment and relief. It was incredibly frustrating. Make sure your prescriptions are being sent and not forgotten about.

Update: took 18 MONTHS to send me a bill. Now in Oct 2021 I receive a bill for services in February 2020. Now I can't use my FSA. They Tried to bill insurance 3x for different amounts. Charge an extra 50 for "services provided" on top of the initial charge just to see you. Now they're harassing me every day even though I told them I was disputing with insurance. Do not go here unless you want to pay extra. Over an hour wait. They are very rude and impatient. Other people walked in after me and were seen first. The PA was awesome, tho. So theres an extra star!

I have been here for minor emergency issues with no issue but today was a different story. I needed an EKG for a minor procedure I am scheduled for. My regular offices tech has been out sick with no signs of returning. I did a search online for facilities that provided these tests and they were the first to pop up. Originally I was very pleased as I had positive issues in the past. The online appointment scheduler did not work so I called to schedule an appointment. I was told they do not schedule appointments it is walk in only. There was confusion as if they did EKG's and after telling her that they advertised as being an EKG Clinic I was put on hold. She came back and told me she was wrong and they could accommodate me. I arrived with the order my Dr had provided me with; I was asked for a co-pay. I advised her that I was having a test therefore there was no co-pay; to be told I needed to see their Dr before they would do the test; that they would not honor another's Doctors legal prescription. The Dr came out to defend her stance and was unable to answer any of my questions. I will be reporting this to various state and federal agencies that protect the consumer from this type of extortion and false advertising, as well as the medical board for the state of KS. Shame on them!
