I always get great service at this location. Yes, sometimes they may be short staffed but you seriously cant hold that against any business right now. The manager here is always friendly and helpful. There was a mix up on my print order one time and it was difficult to tell if I made a mistake in my order or if the mistake was on their end. It would have been easy for him to have me re-place the order and have to wait several hours. But he helped me get the order correct, on the spot. They are also great when youre just dropping off a package for shipping. I appreciate the staff and convenience of this location

I called the night before to be sure my task could be completed since a different store struggled with it. I spoke with Kaitlynn which to my luck she was working the next day when I came in. She is friendly, quick and efficient in completing my print job with no issues. You have a gem there, better take care of her, good employees are hard to come by.
