Everyone who has worked here in the last six months Ive been an in-person customer is incredible: Jade in particular exemplifies exceptional customer service. Ive stormed into the office more than once with them working there. Tonight, I came in twenty minutes before close, desperate to get a large package out before flying out in the AM. I was the worst kind of customer tonight (I had to buy and write on a card as they were closing, too) and they were incredible and kind and helpful every step of the way. Thank you Jade and the whole team who approached customer chaos with patience, kindness, and professionalism. The best.

Very accommodating and helpful staff! Has everything you need to package shipments from scratch.

Not sure which FedEx store in town handles the deliveries, but I'm not impressed. Had one today, who threw my package at my door. It was only an envelope so no damage was done but it's the principal.

When I got there, the store clerk was so friendly and handled my stuff with great care. He was wonderful!
