FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

It was a "$3 to print a page" experience. I went to the store today to print a one-page document. It's usually 20 cents for one black and white page using self-service machine. I didn't want to use credit card for only 20 cents so I asked Lorie, the employee at the counter, to print it from the counter so I could just pay with the coins I had at hand. Lorie didn't say anything to me while she was still chewing something. After she printed, she told me it was a $3 charge because it was a full service when I asked her to print from her counter. I asked her why she hadn't disclose that charge to me earlier and where customer would see those charges clearly and openly. She said they had stopped displaying service charges for a year. It's unbelievable to print a black and white page for $3 in the name of full service where service fee is hidden to customers. So all and all from my experience at this FedEx store with an employee like Lorie, I would remind every one to fully get to know all their undisclosed service charges before asking for any service. If not, you most likely would end up like me paying for something you would have no idea, like $3 for a black and white page.

I ship almost every week w/ FedEx under our corporate account from various locations across the U.S. Both times i've shipped at this location I get this passive aggressive "i'm confused" response regarding my ship addresses. An issue I have at none of the other 48 locations I ship from. I always have our ship from and ship to addresses printed out along w/ our account number. Pretty simple task. I'm just put off by the awkward attitudes I get at this location and moving forward i'll go to another location.

Very good service! I went there a couple of times to return some packages. Staff are very friendly and kind. They have reserved parking lot of FedEx customers.
