I shipped 12 pounds of seafood out of New Orleans via standard overnight for an exhorbitant fee of $153. The clerk at the store there mumbled the entire process time, and was completely unengaged. My package never arrived. It was delivered to a sorting facility here in Kansas City, then sent back to Memphis. My claim with FedEx was denied. They provided a vague reason of "non-compliance". Now I'm appealing to my credit card company to reverse the charge. I'll never use FedEx again.

I went during their holiday return busy time and the gentleman who helped me made my visit super enjoyable! The wait time didnt bother me at all, he was quick, efficient, kind and super energetic! I wish I remembered his name to speak directly about his customer service but overall I like using this for my shipping needs!
