Noteworthy details: avoid the front desk diva, she'll change quoted room prices from the manager (even for extended stays), adding $40 plus per night. Beware!!

Called room service 3x, no service. Bathrooms were uncomfortable in the room, shower had no doors set up made it cold and the bathroom door you can see through when shut no privacy

I stayed here on a business trip. I chose the hotel because I could get a cheaper rate as a Best Western member, because I have stayed at other Best Westerns in the past and because they advertised having a bar on site. Check in was very easy and the person at the counter was very helpful and friendly. My room was nice and clean. The bed was not very comfortable for me but I prefer a softer mattress and this one was very firm. One main issue with the room was that there seemed to be a draft from the windows and as it was very cold (about 25) I had to run the heat higher than I would have preferred. As soon as the heat kicked off you could feel the cold air moving in causing the heat to constantly turn in and off all night. The second issue was with the bathroom and shower. First the door on the restroom is a good idea but the door itself is too short and may not provide enough privacy if two or more people were sharing the room. Second the shower head was far to tall and the water adjustment handle was on top of the shower head. The shower was okay but could be improved. Unfortunately the bar area is only open on Fridays and Saturdays at this time so I can not give a review on that but it would be nice if that information was provided at the time of booking. The only real down side to this hotel was it's location. Again I chose this hotel due to price, previous stays in other cities and the bar so I knew it was not close to downtown. It did mean I had to plan ahead on food and other errands when leaving or before returning to the hotel. I would stay here again in the future.
