Campus Court Student Apartments

This property was recently sold, and the transition between old management and new management was poor and not well executed. I have lived here for a year and received a statement every month. This month a statement was not distributed due to general confusion in the office about the management change. I was then charged a late fee on my rent, as were many other residents, that did not pay because they were not billed as per usual. Overall this was poor communication and poor management that cost me money and time to deal with. This follows the same pattern as most of the reviews for the last 3 years for this apartment complex.

The staff is disorganized and they have zero accountability of their mistakes. Such a frustrating place to live.

The staff is very rude and not well trained. They charged me over $200 for cleaning without giving me a notice. I told them that I might move out soon and, two days later, they entered my room without asking for my permission. They took photos of my room and asked me to pay the cleaning fee, even though I was not done packing and my lease was not over yet. Moreover, the bills are extremely high while the quality of the apartment is very low. Also, please do not forget to ask for your deposit fee when you move out. They will not give it to you if you do not ask.

I paid my check and then they lost my check. After half month, they gave me a notice to let me pay the rent AND LATE FEE.WTF！ Also can't believe the utility fee is so high ($150 for 2 bedrooms). Old apartment, but great location. Poor staffs. One big ANNOYING thing！ They will enter your room frequently in the excuse of checking the fire alarm and bathroom. WTF! Who knows will they grab something? It made me feel unsafe that they have spare keys for all rooms.
