Previously lived here, went through hell and back, plus 3000$ just to leave. Hoped that 3000$ could maybe go to helping the horror that was my apartment. Turns out they haven't used anything towards it because I'm still getting calls again this year by the previous exterminator for fleas saying that the unlucky people who were fooled into living here also have to deal with it yearly. If thats too long to read- dont live here if you dont want yearly fleas

Very nice and quiet place. Maintenance requests are taken care of fast. I like the size of the room and the view. I didn't like the laundry machines, but they do what they're supposed to do.

I lived here for about 2.5 years from about 2019-2021 and rent was incredible for the amount of space that you're given and location that is both close to campus and Mass St. Kyle, the manager, was also openly communicative and quick to respond to any issues. Things to note: - No bug infestations, besides the occasional spider. I did not see a single roach during my stay here, or any bed bugs. - Hardwood floors - There's a washer/dryer room in the building (not unit), but it's easy to access and I had no issue with the machines. - Quiet and polite neighbors (at least during my stay) - Delivery drivers had some issues with delivering to the right location due to the building numbers being a confusing font... not sure how to describe it, but if you see it you know what I mean, so that may be something to take note. - Easy portal access to pay rent - Plenty of parking space, but could get a little tight

I have lived here two-and-a-half years. Its a great centralized location of town. Management is friendly and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The neighborhood is safe. Its easy, quick access to the university and downtown Lawrence, where youll find, shopping, restaurants, the theater, the library just to name a few places. Along with all of the great near by places, the complex is located on the bus routes. The complex is quiet. There is some green space if you feel the need to spend time outside. Rent is on the lower end because washers and dryers are not in the units, but youll have easy access to community laundry facilities on site. The interior of the apartments, youll find The kitchens come with essential modern day appliances, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher garbage disposal. In an effort to keep maintenance costs down, you wont find carpet in most of these units. Lastly, there is plenty of off street parking available for you and your guest, with unassigned spaces.
