Master Plumbing

We have had them come out to our house a couple times in the last few years and they did a great job! No complaints! Last Tuesday I had a problem on the farm I rent with a fitting I needed changed at one of my hog waterers. I called them and was told they don't normally get farm calls like that but they would be happy to help. Brian the tech that showed up knew what to do and how to fix my issue. I would recommend them every day off the week!!

I had to replace 3 bathroom faucets, a kitchen faucet, and 10 emergency shutoff valves in my house (due to issues created by the original builder). Technicians Ryan and Johnny were courteous and professional. They were able to complete the work within about 90 minutes of arrival and did a quality job.

We called the master plumbing to an issue we have with our basement drain back flowing they sent Emmanuel , he is unprofessional that seemed to have no knowledge of the cause of the issue but instead of finding the problem he just did what I was already doing connect a hose in my basement to to push the basement drain with power water to be able unclogged it he had no suggestions but telling me there is no problem sir, that obviously got me fired up I'm like don't you see the mess everywhere ,I just told myself I will not call them ever again. I can fix it myself and save $180 and not get attitude from a stranger Service: Drain unblocking

Mitch was awesome and knowledgeable. Mitch took the time to show me everything and had no problem explaining how it worked and how to maintain my AC better. I appreciate him not talking down and being very honest and down to earth.
