We had the worst experience ever. We had an appointment for afternoon and called back toward the end of afternoon and were told that we were next in line. We called an hour after afternoon and we told, again, that we were next in line. When we asked if we were looking at tomorrow, we were informed that, No, we keep working till the appointments are done. No one who Ed or called. Then the next morning we were told that they never spoke to us telling us we were the next in line. AND, they would not honor the appointment and we were told it would be an emergency service call. Rotor Rooter is the worst. Service: Drain cleaning

The best Cedar Rapids has to offer. I'm always skeptical of today's service companies adding frivolous charges. Not here. The technician came on time, went to work solving the issue, provided the bill which was lower than expected, and accepted payment. I couldn't be happier. Service: Drain cleaning
