Brown has set up a new line for a dishwasher, take out a water heater and replace it with the new one, and dispose of the old water heater, and just today they actually called and told me they were an hour ahead and we're ready earlt to give me an estimate on some pipes that burst in the freeze and he ended up staying for 4 hours and just fixing it all, even put my sink back after he was done fixing that pipe, even put down a drop cloth so he didn't track dirt onto my carpet Services: Faucet repair, Shower repair, Water heater installation, Plumbing pipe repair

Not properly installed shower. Nothing secured. Shower head, faucet, and drain none line up with each other, shower head. Faucet isn't even secured at all. Shower panels are not flush with each other. Also did not clean up their mess at all. They put a bad shower head on which I'll have to replace again after we have to pay to have the shower actually fixed the right way. Will never use again and do not recommend at all. Questionable business practices!!Called around and got some quotes on a new water heater. When I talked to the lady on the phone, I was told installed and old one removed would cost between 1100 and 1200. So I set up a appointment when she gave me that price.The install itself is great. They did a good and quick job. Was happy with their work.Was handed a bill of 1556 after they finished the install was completed.Called the office to see if something else was needed or something that would justify the other 300. Was told at that time the cheapest 50gal they had is 1495 installed which is what I was billed for. Had I been given the correct info in the first place I would of went with a different contractor.They asked if I possibly mixed up my quotes, which no, I got the quote and made the appointment all in the same phone call.Was told they would "make it up" to me on future service.  No, I won't use them again after this. If Iowa law would allow it, I would tell them to come and take it back out.Get a written quote from them or you might have a surprise. Will NOT use them again.

Said he was groosed out by the toilet thus couldn't do the work! Blows my dam mind. I will never ever use this company or recommend them to anyone. Service: Toilet repair
