I left this place 4 days early due to bed bugs greeting me upon waking up. I went down to front desk and she brushed me off and asked me to check out. I said no problem, I just wanted my refund for the nights i didnt stay and my deposit back. She printed me out a paper receipt and I left! This was march 31st, today I called back today April 10th and they told me they dont know anything about my refund and that Im not getting my deposit back because of a smokers charge! I dont even smoke so its no way in hell i could been charged a smokers fee, they were upset about me leaving due to bed bugs and are trying to keep my money. Manager Rita says shes gonna call me tomorrow because she can not access files today! That makes no sense

Dianna at the front desk was very accommodating. I forgot to grab plates and spoons while shopping and she hooked me up! The hotel its self is good deal for the price.I would have given 5 stars but there is a large security deposit on the rooms that I was unaware of while booking and I won't get that money back for 3 to 5 days after checking out. The deposit was 100 additional dollars.

Upon my arrival at 11:55pm on March 21st Miss Mansi was very helpful and professional she kept on smiling while helping me with my reservation. She did an excellent job I think whenever that Im in the area.
Safety: The area was secure.
