image There is no tv, no pool, no breakfast, not even coffee. Per other reviews this has been an issue for a long time. My opinion this is false advertising. And price should reflect the lack of amenities. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

image The room is pretty good but they need to do a better job of telling you the pool isn't available. Once you're in the room you'll realize the TV isn't working which kinda sucks. In addition to that there's a sign while checking in saying that breakfast isn't available due to the trucking company not delivering products. I'm truly disappointed with this establishment. If I were you I'd stay somewhere else.

image Like most of the reviews, they have no TV, breakfast, or pool, contrary to what the website says. Appreciated the cheap rate, but you definitely get what you pay for here. Staff was friendly. Hotel was rated a bit too high.

image I gave this place a 1 star only because there was not a 0 star option. Booked for volleyball tournament, showed up to check in on Friday night, March 8th, 2024. Upon check in, we were told the tvs are not working, pool is closed, breakfast and coffee no longer available. Front desk hotel employee stated we could cancel and receive full refund due to the circumstances. We cancelled. Front desk employee stated he sees we have TWO reservations, one for a regular room for two nights and another 2 nights in a suite. I explained there should've only been 1 reservation and confirmed both are now cancelled.
We stayed at a different hotel down the road with clean rooms, working TV, open/clean pool, breakfast etc. Sunday morning, March 10th I received an email from Sonesta Select stating a charge for $397.54.
I tried calling the phone # listed for the hotel, which was not working. Drove there to speak to staff to clear up what's going on. This time we were told we had 3 reservations and that one of the 3 were canceled!! This employee called another employee to help assist us. This employee told us we have FOUR reservations. I explained what happened Friday night and what we were told. I requested to speak with a manager, was told she will be in between 12 and 200pm. They suggested I call her, I explained it's impossible when their phones don't work. I had to prove to him that their phones are not working. After the vball games were done we went back to the hotel in hopes to speak with a manager or at least someone who speaks clear English. Once again, she wasn't there.
Employee told us she was mistaken there was not 4 reservations, there were 3. She said she called the employee that worked on Friday and that he told her that he told us to call and cancel the other 2. #1 he said there were 2 reservations & said he cancelled both of them!!!
I left my phone number for management to call me back. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and arbitration for our credit card charges.
Do NOT book at this so called hotel
I'm still waiting for the call from the manager.

image The rooms were beautiful. Very clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Their was no soap in the room, but that didn't bother me. However the customer service is the worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel. When I arrived and checked in the front desk worker didn't seem to care that I was their. She seemed to want to get me my keys and have me go away. Which is fine, but it felt very awkward. One morning of my stay I went downstairs to the exercise room and my key dosn't work. (That's fine, stuff like that happens, I get it). What put me over the edge was when I went to the front desk to get the key card fixed and NO one was at the desk. I rang the bell for assistance, nothing. I even called the hotel from the front desk and the answering machine said the inbox was full!! I waited at least an hour, and another guest with the same problems waited about 2 hours. We eventually called the Bettendorf police to help is access our rooms. It's not worth the comfortable bed to stay at this hotel, I can find clean rooms and comfortable beds at other hotels. This has been ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel.
