The hotel is clean, but its a sneakily bad stay. The bed is hard. The pillows are deceptively fluffy, but your head just falls right through it. My neck is killing me as I type this.
The curtains are sheers. Theres a pair of blackout curtains on either side of the window, but theyre just for decoration. Can you slide them closed to darken the room? No. Not at all.
The bathroom has lights that could land a plane, with no dim option.
The website and info in the room all talk about room service. The phone has a button for it. But nope, they dont do room service.
The food was okay, but dont get the soup. Its flavorless.
The back door by the vending area is broken and I got locked out trying to get my stuff so I had to walk around to the front door with all of my bags. Despite lighting up green when I use my hotel key, the door wont open. Front desk says theyve been waiting for a part for a long time. Thats just negligence. Lady at the desk is trying to explain the trick to the door, but the trick doesnt work.
I could get over how they glue big bottles of shampoo and lotion to the wall for you to use, eliminating the fun of hotel minis to take home, except I cant sleep and now my 5 hour drive tomorrow is going to be hell - so obviously Im annoyed at their clever bottles glued to the wall.
Im supposed to stay with hiltons the rest of my trip. I will be changing all of them.

Great Place to Stay The Beds are so Comfortable The Rooms are Nice ..Has a Great Breakfast in the Morning...

Nice clean updated hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Common areas were clean and well appointed. My room was very clean and everything worked. Only negative is that this is located right adjacent to the highway so there is some occasional road noise.
