      image I moved in the Salem courthouse apartment on September 2022 and will leave at the end of July 2024. This is a great community to live. The management are quick to respond to the maintenance request. The place is very quiet and has a lot of space for parking. Its a nice neighborhood to have evening walks and bike. There are two bus stops (No. 1B and 10) closed to the Salem Courthouse. The Walmart and Payless are not far from this place.
      I had a very good time there and will miss it.

      image It's embarrassing that this place has fake Google reviews posted by employees that work for the company to inflate the rating.
      Location is nice and quiet.
      Maintenance is quick.
      Parking lot has a ton of pot holes.
      Pests are issues here. Ants and mice.
