On time and very well organized

My experience living at Continuum has been great. The amenities are top-notch, and the apartments have tall ceilings and thoughtful design. What truly distinguishes this place is the exceptional staff. I've consistently had positive interactions with them they are incredibly helpful. On one occasion, they went above and beyond by coming to my apartment after hours on the weekend to provide me with a replacement key when my original one went missing due to a broken key ring. While Continuum is pricy, it's undoubtedly a case of getting what you pay for.

Frequent fire alarms and poor waste management are just a few of the many issues that you face when living here.
This place has so much potential. The rooms are very nice, the pool, gym and clubhouse are all awesome amenities that come with it. Its the small details that this place fails to meet and its very disappointing to see.

Like so many of the other reviews have already mentioned the constant fire alarms make this place borderline unlivable.
The Continuum management is apparently not up to the task of solving the issue.
Even though you can't cure stupid, you should be able to evict it!
Trash management is also a constant issue that never seems to go away.
I'll give it 2 stars since I like both the apartment itself and the location. The office is also very helpful when it comes to other issues.

I have moved out, and while I still believe the below issues are valid, I want to reiterate that I have had nothing but good experiences with the front office staff and that they have gone out of their way to help me out. They are all good and genuinely nice and helpful people, the complex just has some systemic issues.
Incredibly expensive and consistently rising rent, constant fire alarms (for 2 years!!) with no useful action to address problems ruin this apartment complex.
More:
First semester of these apartments being open, there was a 2.5 month stretch that averaged one fire alarm every week with a full building evacuation. This included alarms at 430am in 35 degree weather, 10pm, and sometimes multiple times in one day.
I figured they had it gotten it under control over the summer but we've already had two in three days, including one at 230am that I'm writing this after.
These apartments have potential to be a nice place to live, but constant fire alarms are ruining it.
Also, they don't have any sort of recycling program for the residents. Not even one recycling dumpster we can take items to. This is a basic thing everyone does, so it's frankly disappointing it's not available here... (This has been changed to tell us to use the public recycling bins by the road, which is definitely a step in the right direction)
Update: it's been a month since I wrote the first review, and we've had no new fire alarms
Update 2: it's about a week or two after my first edit. We had a 1am repetitive fire alarm again. Would be a great place to live otherwise, just disappointing how often these happen
Update 3: didn't have to wait long. It has been 7 hours since my last edit to this review, and we already had another fire alarm
Update 4: Been about a month or so, today is Dec 11 and very happy to report there has been no more fire alarms since my last update. Glad to see this and it seems to me that whatever changes were made with the systems have worked
Update 5: Today is January 23rd, 3:00 in the morning. Earlier today, I thought to myself that it was good they have fixed any issues. This was swiftly proven incorrect at 2:30 this morning when the fire alarm went off. Hopefully we're not back to our regularly scheduled programming of fire alarms now. Also, rent was bumped ~15% after just the first year of living here
Update 6: Management has been good about communicating why the fire alarms have been so frequent and seems to be taking some steps to fix the causes. I'm optimistic they are effective.
Update 7: (2/24/23). All clear on fire alarms the last month, and had some good experiences with maintenance recently. Hopeful the trend continues.

Rent increased again by 8%. It was already expensive to live here, and with the known lack of housing in the Purdue area, increasing rent even more isn't a great look.

We have had three fire alarms in 36 hours, and it was the same problem every time, including one at 530AM. Doesn't seem like this problem will ever get fixed. If you move in here, expect to have to deal with the same things. Has been an issue for the two years I've lived here (since it opened)
(11/14/23)
Another one 1030 pm. Management has decided that putting fridge magnets up is the most effective way to combat two years of fire alarms

For once, there was a legit reason for a fire alarm as an ebike in someone's apartment caught on fire.
