        I was there a day ago, that is, there, December 17, 2023. I don't think any of the other previous comments have improved. On the contrary, those departments are worse. I don't recommend anyone living there. They should close them. There are very frequent deaths and a lot of domestic violence in that place.         Pros: Proximity to purdue campus.. Reasonable rent. Cons: Utilities can be improved in terms of quality. Terrible management staff. Relatively unsafe. Lived here for two years, not recommended.
