      image There are very professional young men at this location. It was no quick task as I upgraded my phone out of town and had to keep consulting my spouse by phone. They were patient and knowledgeable. They need more staff is my reason for 4 stars. I called first instead of making an appt and was told it wasnt on a busy day and I would be taken care of. There were entirely too many people waiting for my liking. This seems to be a problem everywhere and I am appreciative that there is still a brick and mortar store I can access.

      image My husband and I went in for phone upgrades. The employee, without our knowledge, upgraded us to the highest cost plan and added the "AT&T Next Up" and phone protection services. This increased our monthly bill by over $75 before taxes and fees.
      We are unable to remove all of these changes until the new phones arrive, and will be prorated for them on the bill after we cancel, forcing us to pay for things we did NOT ask for and were NOT asked about.
      The employee appeared friendly and competent but was scamming us the entire transaction. DO NOT use this location if you don't want all the bells and whistles on your service.
