I am absolutely blown away at the staff. They are so knowledgeable, smart, and kind. They have always been extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers! I recommend this company to all of my friends and family. I would not hesitate to ever go there!

Stopped in after going to Verizon because my Iphone had froze on me and screen went black. Verizon told me the sensors were bad and the phone needed to be replaced. Came to Simply Mac and Alex was able to get the phone back working in less than a minute! Great experience!

price: they charge $329!! For warranty replacement phone and AT&T only charges $99... Service: HORRIBLE rude young inexperienced manager who acted like me being there was bothering her, and this is what's being taught to other employees because one watched as she was soooo rude to me. Repairs: they don't actually do them they send them out so don't waste your time going there like I did to get your phone fixed. Based on the type of manager (horrible, no conflict resolution skills, no people skills, no interest in helping the customer, don't even think she smiled one time!!) I delt with I assume the store manager, who was on vacation and they would not contact, is just as awful if he's leaving people in charge the are NO help to the CUSTOMER at all. WOW!!! HORRIBLE experience at this store!!!
