        Very disappointed in their customer service. I had an issue at the bank and it took them three months to finally address the problem. I have never written a review either good or bad but felt so strongly that they totally dropped the ball on customer service that I felt I had to warn others. If you want a bank that offers good customer service to non-business accounts I would look elsewhere. Their handling of the issue is more of an issue than the issue itself.

        I had went to be at my house maybe two to three times trying to buy a house in the paperwork wasn't right that the underwriter wanted. So when I'm doing back to the bank they're so how fo they knew me by first name and also gave me exactly what I needed and then also told me if there's anything else that I would need to be free and come back and they would help awesome Bank kudos to all of yous hands down thank you so much Costello family
