        The customer service here is absolutely fabulous. They go above and beyond to treat the customers Fair. Customer services here really are genuinely nice and professional. I'm really sorry, but, I cannot give First Midwest Bank anything above 1 * . the actual banking policies by First Midwest Bank are horrendous. If you use your debit card to check your balance at any other ATM they charge you $4. They force you to use an app to do your banking. I've complained to the corporate office but that does no good. That's just not right. You can't be forced to use an app to know you're freaking balance.... and if you have any issues with the app I guess you're screwed....... so screw you First Midwest Bank.
