      image Came in to this location to dispute fraud on my account. For one let me say this, as a bank centered around Christ! Behavior from older white women should be better. As we walked in it was like a ghost walked into a building stares and complete silence before I spoke first! After explaining our issue we were given side eye looks by the branch manger and condescending responses.
      Hispanics too can have bank accounts

      We appreciate your feedback and understand that your experience did not meet expectations. Our apologies for your longer than normal wait times to speak with one of our Customer Care Specialists. We did experience some higher than normal call volumes and longer wait times and take your feedback seriously. We made some adjustments through the morning to help our Customer Care Center handle call volumes and better service our customers.
