      image Banked with PNC in Louisville for years. Now at this New Albany branch, EVERY TIME I have to do something that requires me to deal with the staff, (especially the manager) it is ALWAYS, unpleasant, poor service, which may be an understatement. I look at the reviews, & wonder, why, hasn't PNC done something about it, & them? The location is great. That's where any praise ends.
