I made a reservation the other day and due to personal problems had to cancel. I tried to waive some of the cancellation fee because I know it was my mistake by cancelling late. That wasnt a problem til I called and the lady at the front office said she could refund it. TIL she seen i tried cancelling same day l, then started yelling and repeating you cant do that it against policy, did you not read it over 3 times. I had no problem paying , just the front office last was rude.

Had a good stay. All staff was pleasant. Blake,Leo, and Chris took care of my wife an I, all were upstanding gentleman. Thank you guys for great conversations!
