Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Airport

Pretty bad place. Close to highway so you hear traffic all night. The room didn't have air conditioning working. Facilities were barely passable. I wouldn't choose this hotel again. Noteworthy details: Came for the 2024 eclipse and paid quite a bit per night but it was still the cheapest option around. I now understand why...

Very disappointed. I brought my wife and 1 year old only for our room to smell like cigarette smoke. Over $300 spent to see the solar eclipse and we arrive to a room that smells like a grungy bar. We had to open the windows to air it out and it still smelled. Some staff were pleasant, some not so much. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good enough. People were friendly and helpful. Its def not 3 star. 2 star, maybe slightly above idk super 8 and the like. There were several nicer appearing hotels in area. My main issue was that my expectations were higher and I would have chosen differently. There was breakfast although the milk in the fridge was spoiled. The date was ok by a day or two, but on taste was thick and sour. My room was never serviced. Id come back after being gone all day, with no signs of the maid, no new towels etc. The rooms are rather dated, decent enough. Theres a few repair issues here and there. Loose light fixtures all along the hallway. Tub drain rusty. The door takes several tries each time to open. Unpainted dry wall repairs in several spots. The location is ok, but definitely not amazing. I didnt have any issues but its a rougher part of town ish.

We were in town for the Morgan Wallen concert and this hotel was absolutely fantastic! Only about a 10 minute drive to Lucas Oil Stadium and about 5 minutes to Indianapolis airport. I ended up accidentally double booking two rooms (my own forgetfulness that I had already booked one back in October ) and the two ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful! The pool and hot tub were refreshing and very clean (I didn't include pictures only because there were children in the pool and I don't like taking/posting pictures of other's children). The breakfast area was very roomy and food was delicious! The room was superb! Cabinets were stocked with dishes, silverware, making it the perfect room for long stays! The couch was very comfortable and had outlets on the tops of them. It also had a nice little desk area for studying or work. The bed was SO comfortable! Overall wonderful stay! Will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town!
