If I could leave no stars I would. I paid for an inspection to be done on the house and septic system. In fact I paid extra for the septic. I was told we did not have to be present for the inspection and that he would call with all the details after. Not only did he not call but he also did the worst job I have ever seen on an inspection. For starters the extra septic I paid for he said he found the septic tank but couldn't locate the fingers and I would have to hire a specialist for that. Inside the home the first time I tried using the washer and dryer my floor was flooded with water. For one the drain wasn't working properly and the hooks ups were leaking as well. The garbage disposal was not working and there was no mention of that. The floor in the bathroom was so soft until I have a contract to fix it I fear of going through the floor when I take a shower. And what get me of everything...THE TOILET WAS CRACKED DOWN THE SIDE AND WAS HELD TOGETHER WITH TAPE! like
after using it I found it had an active leak. In the attic there was no ventilation leading outside from the bathroom and again was no mention of that in the report. No nevermind the very little amount of insulation up there as well. When I spoke with him over the phone he was the rudest individual I have ever spoken with. He seemed to not care of my situation or my problems once he got his money he was out. Please for the love of God do not use these people just because they are the cheapest you can find. You get what you pay for and this is a serious matter when it comes to purchasing a new home. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Absolutely loved Indiana Home Inspection-- I was a first time home buyer and could not have asked for a more professional, efficient, and responsive team. Nicki and Austin were fantastic throughout the whole process and very friendly! I would highly recommend!

As a first time home buyer, do not use them. Missed many things, including flushing the toilets which on the report stated they would do. Did not bother to move a bathroom rug around the toilet. Once moved in and we closed on the house, there is a black ring of rotted wood around the toilet which indicated sewage issue which there were which resulted in 10k to fix. The owners hid many things that I feel like the inspector should have identified. 2 years later and after everything is fixed, we are selling the house. Based on the inspection report of the potential owners and recommendation to due further inspections due to the houses age, I feel like the inspector we used let us down extremely as well as our real estate agent at the time.

I hired this company to perform a home inspection on a property I wanted to purchase. They seemed very professional... BUT... the inspection was performed on 10/21/2020 and the inspection showed no major issues, so I closed on the home days later on 11/6/2020, based on the satisfactory inspection. On 11/10/2020, LITERALLY 4 DAYS AFTER THE “SATISFACTORY INSPECTION”, when I ran the shower in the master bath for maybe 10mins, my entire kitchen island countertop was covered in water....from the ceiling, from under the shower. When I called and questioned why this was not found and shown on the inspection report, Austin Roewe was VERY rude to me. He told me that he turned on the master shower and turned it off and found no issues. I stated that maybe the water wasn’t ran long enough to notice the leak possibly...? He then asked me how long do I suggest he should’ve ran it then, since I have all the answers. Oh. Wow. Never again will I use this inspection company and I will absolutely NEVER recommend.
