Mike was so informative and kind. He answered all of our questions to the best of his professional ability without overstepping into other fields of homeownership and repair. He took great pictures. The compiled report is lovely and so detailed. The price is the best around Indy if you want to WDI - and I did. I felt much more prepared after my house was inspected by Mike. The team who made my appointment was also kind, though a little scattered. I am sure they are busy. Great working with them! Would recommend to friends and family.

UPDATE: After 3 years of being in our home, I can say there have been so many repairs that should have been caught by a home inspection. $4k for plumbing, a roof leak, and we found out our home has two attics (2nd one was never accessed by inspection) and a huge bird or squirrel nest had to be removed. Disappointed. Very thorough, very friendly, honest and trustworthy. Reasonable prices. This is our second time buying a house, although it feels like the first. They walked us through the process and made us feel like we were being taken care of. Highly recommend!
