We were very happy with the inspection. Very thorough and Rob was able to explain why some things were there based on previous repairs or age related items. He also made many recommendations and was very good about identifying what are items to pay attention and what items are just minor. I recommend this company to anyone who values a good inspection.

The person that answered the phone , was very informative, answered all my questions, and set up the inspection day and time. We received a follow up reminder Email message from BPG with the appointment date, time, and the cost of the inspection. Rob was on time, very efficient , and gave us his assessment. Rob asked if we had any questions and of course we did. Rob answered them in a way that we both could understand. We would highly recommend Rob and BPG Inspections.

Rob was on-time and efficient in his assessment of our property currently under contract. He moved quickly through the house and was honest about what bothered him versus not.
