PNC Bank - CLOSED

I have been to 3 different banks and they cant even do a withdrawal because they dont have the money. Im going back to Chase.

I called the branch before right before I go and was told that I do not need appointment to wire money on 11 inches snow day. when I got there, they said I has to make appointment. Lier!!!

Yesterday I deposit a check and was told once it's posted that I could come get some of the money out. Today it completely posted and the women refused to give me my money. Then asked personal questions about the check from my lawyer. Then continue to say my lawyer maybe a scammer. I then left called customer service they said all my money is available I'm completely done with pnc and will be leaving them asap!!! This branch and the franklin branch is the most ridiculous place ever.

Some of these managers need basic training on speaking to customers. Just basic manners really. Went for a transaction and Jay the associate was very helpful. He had a question for the manager who came over and her first response was you either pay the fee or you dont. Or We can cancel it. She did not even know what the question was, she was just interested in being rude and condescending. I stopped her and asked her my basic question which she answered. But she has very poor manners. I think her name is Ms Crystal. I used other branches before as Ive been a long term customer. This is the first rude and unprofessional behavior Ive seen. Do better! These are basic manners.
