The Landings at 56th Apartments

Just had another RESIDENT two doors down from me SHOOT BUCKSHOT into my unit! The RESIDENT SHOT through TWO apartment homes including mine! Recovered two of the Buckshot. One in my COUCH! ONE IN THE WALL! The Resident that shoot into my apartment has a baby that lives in the unit! I cannot get through to MANAGEMENT, operators that answer when you call this number can only send maintenance requests and sell units to new people that may get SHOT THROUGH THE WALLS of their home by other "Residents". Left an urgent message to the office to call me back and offer a solution.. NOTHING has been done. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Will be making complaints to property management and the CITY HOUSING ATHORITY!

I arrived 10 minutes early for my APPOINTMENT to look at a 2BR apartment. First of all they ask for my I.D. and tell me they will KEEP IT until after my viewing. OK. THEN she comes out and says, "Oh, we don't have any appointments for you today - are you sure you didn't make a VIRTUAL TOUR"? Are you ffin SERIOUS? WHO MAKES an appointment for a VIRTUAL TOUR?? I can go to their website anytime to watch a video. NOT very good Customer Service if you ask me and I AM IN - Customer Service!

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! They dont have any stable maintenance men so nothing will get fixed! You must be very handy to live here
