Dogwood Glen Apartments

Don't believe all the reviews you read, I believe most are from disgruntled residents who may have been evicted. Personally, I'm just finishing up my first year lease here. I literally love it here! I love the apartment. I have a 1 bed/1 bath. It's much more spacious than I had anticipated. The maintenance team legit do thier jobs. The grounds are well maintained, and any issue I've contacted maintenance about has been resolved asap. I've had no issues with the neighbors, thier kids, or thier pets. Tiffaney is quick to address any situation quickly and professionally. There's no worry of stairs and you get a cute little yard area that you're free to do with as you like, most Apts won't allow you to change the landscaping around your unit. I've had absolutely no pests or insect problems which leads me to think some people aren't as clean as they would like you to believe, and how can they blame mgmt for that?? The convenience of the location is incredible! Literally everything you need around the corner from groceries to walmart to a Dr office.. All in all, if you pay your rent on time and don't act a fool and keep a clean space, you shouldn't have a single issue here and will prob find it just as enjoyable as we have.
