Parc Bordeaux

I am an Uber driver and have visited many apartment complexes in the city and have also lived in a few. This place is by far the best apartment I have lived in. It's spacious and updated, and the office staff are great. The rent is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this complex!

At this moment I currently live here at Parc Bordeaux for about 2 months now. These apartments are about 50 years old. Because there so old there is a lot of things that break and need to be fixed it just comes along with being an old building. Forcenatley they have good maintenance team that get the job done pretty fast when you put in a work order. For being 50 years old they do keep the building pretty clean at least my apartment is. Another bad thing is you can hear the upstairs neighbors pretty easy because the flooring is so thin again at least that's the case for my apartment. They offer a workout area, basketball court, a swimming pool, and a small park. I would like the rent to be a little cheaper also, I pay about $900 a month plus my electric bill. You can get a house for that much. All and all these aren't to bad of apartments to live in if you need a place to live. Come check it out for yourself tho you might love it here.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Apartment is infested with mold and mice and nobody in the office does anything about it . Pest control never comes out because the staff are never in the office to answer the phone for residents . There has been several events within the year I stayed here including car theft , clothes stolen , NO AC IN THE SUMMER TIME , overcharged on rent , maintenance doesnt fix anything, and most of all living with mice and mice traps all over my house . The price of the apartment is unacceptable for the service you get in return. Its hard to call this place a home when you feel uncomfortable living there . When you call the office with your concerns they do NOTHING and thats if you catch them on a day where they decide to finally answer the phone . I havent seen this office open more than 3x and again THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE . I also contacted the health department when I stayed here and I was told I wasnt the first to report this situation. They need to remodel all the apartments and get new staff .
