Have been here a couple months now. Honestly a great place to live. Maintenance issues are taken care of rapid quick, no exaggeration there. Had an issue with my washer, inquired about it on Wednesday and it was fixed completely by the end of the week. I really appreciate that the office manager, Joanie was up front and honest with me about imperfections with my unit prior to my moving in and even offered to have them fixed for me. Also, maintenance person Tony is EXTREMELY friendly/prompt and helpful with issues related to unit. Seriously could not have found a better place to live for this price, based on this mans experience and opinion.

The so called lawn care company with of No company name scratched the ground kit on my car...Tried to call Joanie Stevens to resolve this issue and didn't even get a reply at all...Wow when they told me it would get worse they were so right...I caution anyone who wants to b sold on the idea that it would a great place to live, you might want to rethink your options before considering what u might b getting yourselves into....

We bought a condo or we still would be there and hated leaving. We lived in 2 bedroom, two bath unit that was behind the nature park and we loved it. Lots of animals and birds for our cat to stay entertained. The size was just right and layout was perfect with large laundry area just off kitchen. One level with parkng just outside front door was nice, especially in winter and for dragging in groceries. Our grandkids loved the pool. The office manager, Joanie, is very kind and thoughtful. Maintenance is right there to help. Clean, quiet and very affordable.
