        PNC does not care for the Fort Wayne Southside customers that have been loyal for many years. As of October 9th 2020 the branch will be permanently closed. PNC sent those of us with safety deposit boxes a letter telling us we have to have them cleaned out by October 16th 2020. PNC did not offer to provide safty deposit boxes at another PNC location. When called PNC just said that it was up to us to find a safety deposit box at a bank other than PNC. I hope that another bank with better customer service moves into that location and does well.

        They r not n Agreement with many of the South Side's Business Ventures...but they Do try their Best. Have @ least a credit score of 600+ to even b Considered for Small Business Loans...but like I said earlier; they Do try.
