      image Lorena is possibly one of the worst staff members anyone can deal with. She is rude, impatient and acts like doing her job is an inconvenience. Im unsure why people work in customer service if they dont even like customers. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this party city location if you have Lorena assisting you. Youll just leave with your day ruined.
